There is a charge for parking in our customer car park. There is also public parking available opposite the centre, which is also chargeable.
Please note, our customer car park has a max headroom of 2.1m (6'10") so is unsuitable for large vehicles.
The nearest car park for larger vehicles is the Civic Centre and Stour Centre Car park, which is within a 10 minute walking distance.Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.
